My career at GE HealthCare spanned Quality and Regulatory Affairs, R&D Operations, Technology Transformation, and Commercial restructuring. I have led operating model redesigns across 9 international regions, built and delivered multi-year programmes worth £150M+, and coached senior leadership teams through sustained organisational change.

I am known for bringing order from chaos, translating strategy into actionable pieces of work, and helping rally teams around a target. I combine the rigour of Lean methodology with the pragmatism of someone who has done this in real organisations, with real politics, and real constraints.
