You have an important session coming up and want someone external to design and run it. I work with you ahead of time to understand the objectives, the participants, and the politics. I build custom facilitation materials, provide a pre-event checklist, help direct or even conduct necessary pre-event data analysis and facilitate the day. You get structured outputs and a clear action log.

Short notice

Emergency step-in

Your facilitator has dropped out, the event is next week, and you need someone who can read in fast and deliver. My breadth of experience, including pharmaceutical, life sciences, utilities, financial services, quality, regulatory, commercial, and operations across 100+ countries, means I can step into almost any context and run a professional session at short notice.
